Shipping Options
You are most welcome to collect items from our factory. We are open weekdays from 9 am - 5 pm, Saturday from 9 am - 1 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
Smaller items - Courier
Smaller items up to around 40 cm are sent with Now Couriers. The target delivery time is same day in Auckland, overnight within the North Island, two days to the South Island.
The courier charges are Auckland $16, North Island $19, South Island $32.
Larger items - Delivery in Auckland
Auckland delivery (Pokeno to Orewa) costs $40. Normally we deliver ourselves..
We try to deliver ASAP but please allow two or three days for your delivery.
Larger items - Delivery outside Auckland
We use Move Logistics to deliver larger items outside Auckland.
You will need to collect your item from one of their 25 Depots around New Zealand. or they can deliver to business addresses in some towns. Please check the listing. It is better to avoid residential delivery because they charge a large surcharge
North Island depots are in Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Gisborne, Napier, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Masterton, and Wellington,
South Island depots are in Nelson, Rai Valley, Blenheim, Westport, Christchurch, Ashburton, Timaru, Cromwell, Alexandra, Dunedin, and Invercargill.
Please allow two to three days for North Island deliveries, Three to four days for South Island deliveries.
